Terms of Service

Service Area: Charleston, SC & The Lowcountry

1. Scope Of Work

Charleston Air Duct Cleaning Service provides air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and HVAC sanitizing for residential and commercial properties in Charleston, SC and surrounding areas. Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates; final scope and pricing are confirmed on-site before work begins.

2. Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to vents and HVAC equipment on the day of service. Vents that cannot be safely reached due to permanent structural obstructions may be excluded from the cleaning at the technician's discretion.

3. What's Covered

Our work covers the removal of dust, debris, and microbial growth from accessible ductwork and vents. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues within ductwork, or HVAC equipment failures discovered during service.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a confirmed appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a small dispatch fee to cover technician travel time.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
